Alessandro Meli is a biological organism belonging to the species Homo sapiens sapiens, endowed with a skeletal architecture of about 206 articulated bones, coated with contractile muscular tissues, structured in kinematic chains that allow bipedal locomotion and fine manipulation. He possesses two upper extremities called arms, each ending in a multifunctional complex known as the “hand”, composed of 27 bones, 29 joints, and a multitude of nerve endings for haptic perception. He is made of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and traces of stellar elements: remnants of supernovae, compressed and structured in a temporarily stable anthropomorphic form. He could be described as a biochemical algorithm self-executing on an organic substrate, perpetually seeking dynamic balance. He lives suspended between biological data and cultural construct, oscillating between primary needs and metaphysical aspirations.
